Dan - I've been wondering about this too. Only my reservation is that most of the time they wear "black" numbers if they've passed away. Since he's alive and fighting so hard to recover ..... *sigh* this is where my inspiration ends.. What else would be good? Or Represent him and his struggle better? Just a thought
I know at our game on June 6th we can also have a prayer between our teams (QC and River City) for him. That could be us doing our part. But the sticker is good, maybe just using a different color!
First off I am only a player #53 not a coach. I run the indoor winter league so I help in operations occasionally. Anyways our coach in Jon Koenig and his number is 3092363917. We do play on Erickson field and he can give you all the rest of the information. I have been on national guard the last two weeks and this will be my first game back in action so we both can't wait to be in the area again.
That's a great idea. Not sure how you guys feel but I know the youth teams would like help show support for #88 Nnaka. I know my son would be proud to wear his number.

I like the red with white number 88! I think that's a great combo!
The Arkansas War Cats have ordered #88 stickers in Oklahoma's royal blue to wear on our helmets until Emeka walks again. This was suggested by one of our players, Jason Campbell, and approved in my conversation with James Ashford. We thought it best to do them in true Thunder color.
Thanks,
